  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We are a slow and sustainable fashion brand, most of our products and references are made by hand or have handmade interventions, so our stock is limited. MAZ WARRIOR S.A.S will keep a number of units available in the inventory. We will gladly do our best to satisfy our customers in their product demand. If you are interested in a product that is no longer available, or from previous collections, you can send it to make on request, do not hesitate to contact us at hola@mazmanuelaalvarez.com or at +57 3126255482 for information on availability or request the manufacture of such part. Each application will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case-by-case basis.

  1. MADE TO ORDER

All designs with the MADE TO ORDER option are made upon request and will be shipped within 10 – 30 working days once order is placed, depending on the amount of manual or artisanal work the piece contains. All MADE TO ORDER items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  1. VAT-FREE DAY – DIA SIN IVA

Vat Free Day or Día sin IVA applies only to purchases in Colombia. In 2022 it will take place on December 2nd; it is a day where all products will be exempt from the 19% sales tax.

Applies to cash payments at our store and through our digital channels such as www.mazmanuelaalvarez.com, WhatsApp and Instagram.

  • The maximum amount to obtain the ban exemption is 904,495 pesos.
  • The buyer can only purchase 3 units of the same reference.
  • Payment must be generated immediately, does not apply for sales credits.
  • No right to refund and/or compensation of VAT is granted.
  • The invoice details must match those of the payment.
  • The measure applies for payments in cash, by credit card, debit card or mechanisms guaranteed by the super financial intendence.
  • The seller may only sell the goods located in Colombia, in detail and directly to the natural person who is the final consumer of such covered goods.
  1. DISCOUNTS

All discounted purchases are final and non-refundable.

  1. SHOPPING CART

Products added to your www.mazmanuelaalvarez.com shopping cart will not be reserved until purchase is effectively made. After 15 minutes of inactivity, these products may be freed to another person interested in such product. Products saved in Wishlist, will not be reserved, we recommend that you be mindful regarding availability.

  1. PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment process will be conducted via PayPal; this safe payment platform will continue and complete the payment process. www.mazmanuelaalvarez.com will not have access to your financial information at any time and waives any responsibility thereof.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping outside Colombia will be made by UPS, DHL or Fedex. International shipping costs for purchase will be US$20. Once you receive your product, you may have to pay fees or taxes as applicable in your country, these are not included in the purchase price.

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Delivery times outside Colombia is between 3-12 working days, destination dependent. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day. You must take into account that Colombia has approximately 19 bank holidays per year.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the client, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver. Once payment is processed and package is ready, we will send you the tracking number and a follow-up to your email. Please make sure you leave a valid contact number, address and e-mail in your payment information.

  1. WARRANTIES AND CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT

All pieces have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (They are handcrafted items for this reason require greater care. Remember to review and follow the care and washing instructions of the internal labels of the garments.)

The warranty covers only damages of quality or suitability. It will be check that the garment or accessories are clean, in good condition and without any modification. Items must come complete and include their original accessories.

The following conditions are not warranted:

In Garments, damage caused by natural wear, excessive use or washing, by abrasion or improper use of the product, mistreatment such as scrapes, scratches and alterations by chemicals. In accessories, improper use of the product, scratches or improper cleaning.

The garment or accessory must come with its internal labels.

The garment or accessory will enter a technical evaluation to validate whether it applies to the warranty policy procedure.

If you are in Bogota or its surroundings, we will gladly attend this process of change in our Showroom located at Cr.7 #79b-15.   1. DISCLAIMER

MAZ WARRIOR S.A.S waives its responsibility of the warranty, when there is evidence that the problem stems from: Misuse of a product by the Client, or when the Client evidently has not followed the product’s caring instructions. See above GUARANTEE AND CARING FOR PRODUCTS section. Every warranty request will be analyzed, approved or otherwise declined.

  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

Discounted, MADE TO ORDER and bespoke items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Contact us through +57 3126255482 or at hola@mazmanuelaalvare.com to help you in your purchase process or if you detect any problem or inconveniences with the reception of your request. If your we decide your product applies for exchange policy shipping costs will be responsibility to the client. Should your purchase arrive in poor conditions, please write to us at hola@mazmanuelaalvare.com within 48 hours of reception thereof, describing the product and attaching a photo of the problem. Each request will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case-by-case basis.

  1. REPAIRS

MAZ WARRIOR S.A.S repairs all pieces made by the company. You can always send your products to our showroom in Bogotá at Cr.7 no.79b n-15 to be repaired or refurbished, irrespective if the warranty period has expired. We will analyze case and will inform the costs of such repairs and delivery time. Shipping costs are not included. Each request will be analyzed, approved or declined, on a case-by-case basis.

To request a repair or maintenance of your garment, contact us at hola@mazmanuelaalvarez.com. If you bought your product from a distributor, get in contact with such distributor and they will contact us. No repairs shall be made to products that were not bought by authorized distributors of MAZ WARRIOR S.A.S.
